I was really surprised to see that people were asking me about an MSA 30X scam because I had never heard anything about it before. Not selecting two because that will get you two sets, or four MSA 30X sound amplifiers.

The people who complained didn’t realize that it was the amount of sets they were ordering, not the individual MSA 30X sound amplifiers. They assumed they were purchasing each MSA 30X sound amplifiers individually, even though the website clearly states that they are shipped in sets.

They also placed their order over the weekend and then that customer was mad that they couldn’t call on Sunday to get it fixed.

The MSA 30X customer service hours are : Monday through Friday 9-5 eastern time. I personally don’t know of a lot of customer services that are open on the weekends. Also, the official website says that you should wait about 24 hours after placing your order to allow the order to be posted and processed before calling to change something about the order.

Then, that customer waited too long to call the MSA 30X customer service back and their order had already posted and shipped.

Overall, the problem would have been easily fixed if the person had just paid attention to what they were ordering.

The good thing about the MSA 30X official website is that they have a 30 day money back guarantee. So that customer could have easily sent back the second pair that he ordered and got his money back once he received it in the mail.

For me, placing my MSA 30X order was easy. That was why I was surprised to hear about an MSA 30X scam. I read over everything that I was filling out while making my purchase. I wasn’t billed too much and I haven’t had problems with the MSA 30X.
